The Good Mortgage Company is a trading name of The Buy to Let Business Limited.
Based in Camberley, but serving the entire UK, The Good Mortgage Company is a growing mortgage brokerage built on a desire to change the mortgage and home buying experience for its customers.
We provide a telephone-based mortgage service designed to provide the very best customer experience possible, from start to finish:
- We offer a whole of market mortgage service, ensuring we provide customers with the very best deal for their circumstances
- Our mortgage advisors and customer services team are with you every step of the way, guiding you through the entire mortgage process
- We’ll chase lenders, solicitors and surveyors to ensure your mortgage is completed as quickly as possible
We also provide a competitive range of insurance products associated with home buying such as life insurance and home insurance. What’s more, through specially negotiated deals we can help with finding you solicitors for all the legal aspects of arranging a mortgage.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
We charge a fee for arranging your mortgage. The precise amount depends on your circumstances but will typically be £500. We will also be paid commission from the lender. We charge no fee for insurance advice. If you arrange insurance through us the insurer will pay us a commission.
