In the unlikely event that you have a complaint please contact our compliance team.
4. We provide protection insurance from a range of insurers, for Life, Accident, Sickness & Redundancy as well as Buildings & Contents insurance from a panel of insurers and we do not charge for this service.
5. Our initial advice is free. For arranging your mortgage our fee is up to £500. We will also be paid commission from the lender. We charge no fee for insurance advice. If you arrange insurance through us the insurer will pay us a commission.
