The Buy to Let Business holds a Data Protection Licence and all of our processes are designed with client confidentiality in mind. This means that our clients do not have to worry about the security of their personal details. For added security all client data is backed up and encrypted.
The compliance department carries out 100% auditing (file checks) of all cases that are submitted to a mortgage lender. The mortgage advisors receive feedback on the quality of files and the assessment is “scored” and fed into the advisors individual Key Performance Indicator plan.
Auditing
If minimum standards are not maintained for file checks a training plan will be put in place for the individual and their performance related bonus will be first reduced and then withdrawn completely if no improvement is made.
A log of the advisor's Key Performance Indicator is kept which helps the compliance team build up a profile of all the business written by each advisor. The profile enables the team to ensure that best advice is being given and that the advice is always relevant and compliant. The profile also enables the team to deliver training in relevant areas to the advisor. The advisor's overall Key Performance Indicator gives an instant snap shot of the advisor, is he Red, Amber or Green?

We charge a fee for arranging your mortgage. The precise amount depends on your circumstances but will typically be £500. We will also be paid commission from the lender. We charge no fee for insurance advice. If you arrange insurance through us the insurer will pay us a commission.
